Diip Review

Diip is one of the newest players in the CBD oil scene in Thailand, but they are no amateurs. Their products are carefully crafted using organic CBD sourced from hemp, guaranteeing a legal, THC-free way to enjoy cannabidiol. Combined with their fast shipping and seamless payment options, it is easy to see why Diip is well-poised to make a name for itself in the CBD market.

Hemp-derived CBD oil on Diip

Diip’s initial product range consists of only two CBD oils produced using organic hemp-derived CBD. While they may add more products in the future, the two tinctures available are formulated to cater to the diverse range of their customers.

CBD oil

Diip offers two CBD extracts that come in different flavours, natural and chamomile & honey, with each containing 1,000 mg of CBD. For more information on these oils, you can check out our CBD extracts review page.

On a quick look, it is hard to point out flaws with these tinctures as they meet the legal requirements and quality benchmarks – especially from the perspective of our review guidelines.

Here is a quick summary of what makes Diip a unique proposition:

  • 3rd party lab-tested tinctures
  • Vegan
  • Sugar-free
  • CBD isolate is sourced from organic hemp; the plant is grown free of chemicals & pesticides
  • Well-suited for beginners and first-timers
  • THC-free extracts

Budget-conscious buyers may find Diip’s 1,000mg cannabidiol extract a bit expensive at 1,900 THB, although it is of excellent quality. If you are looking for an alternative, you should check out the Midnight CBD oil available at Bloom. Bloom is a full-suite CBD and THC store with a selection of oils starting at THB 400.

Checkout & payment options

Payment methods available

International credit and debit cards are accepted from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. If you have a Thai bank account, you can pay via QR code by opting for the GB Prime Pay method.

The prices mentioned on the site include VAT and shipping charges; unlike other CBD stores, there is no price increase at the checkout.

The orders are delivered within 2-4 working days. You will receive the email confirmation shortly after placing the order, followed by tracking details for your shipment.

Customer support

While Diip has a dedicated live chat feature on the website, it is pretty slow. We reached out for a couple of questions, but all the system did was take our email and notified that someone would contact us soon.

Diip is also available on Facebook & Instagram, but they do not have a dedicated email id or phone number where one can reach them. That said, the company has done everything else superbly, so it should be a matter of time before they fix the customer service as well.
