Their products are carefully crafted using organic CBD sourced from hemp, guaranteeing a legal, THC-free way to enjoy cannabidiol. Customer support

While Diip has a dedicated live chat feature on the website, it is pretty slow. We reached out for a couple of questions, but all the system did was take our email and notified that someone would contact us soon.

Diip is also available on Facebook & Instagram, but they do not have a dedicated email id or phone number where one can reach them. That said, the company has done everything else superbly, so it should be a matter of time before they fix the customer service as well.
