Benefits
Jelly Breath, almost a pure indica, owes its delightful action to the union of Mendo Breath and Do Si Dos. Boasting THC levels that reach as high as 33%, this extremely potent strain will leave you deeply relaxed and peaceful, wiping out all tension and discomfort. You will also appreciate its delicious fruity, floral bouquet of fragrance and taste.
Onset
A little goes a long way with Jelly Breath. Given its spectacular potency, the strain will wrap you in a cerebral rush with just a single puff. Soon after lighting up, you will feel a burst of joy that clears your head of all negativity, sparkling creativity and a positive outlook on life.
Soon enough, a soothing buzz spreads from head to toe, wrapping your body in profound relaxation. Whilst deeply relaxing, it is not a couch-locking strain that will leave you sleepy. Instead, it is a soothing companion that brings you peace with yourself and your surroundings.
The worldly problems may seem too insignificant to care about when you are high on Jelly Breath, so it’s best not to use this strain when you have plenty of tasks left to tackle.
However, it will be a perfect addition to playing video games, watching relaxing comedies or having a board game night with your friends, as well as a chill evening of introspection. If you are looking to unwind after a tiring, stressful day, Jelly Breath does the job like no other.

Uses
Jelly Breath isn’t just a ticket to a pleasurable trip; it can also be a therapeutic experience.
Blessed with potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, accentuated by caryophyllene and CBG at 1%, it can bring solace to those wrestling with chronic pain, fibromyalgia or muscle spasms. Thanks to myrcene and linalool, Jelly Breath also has powerful calming properties. These can soothe an overstimulated mind grappling with stress and anxiety or depression and aid insomnia, facilitating a deep, undisturbed sleep.
Side effects
The strain is usually well-tolerated, with most side effects limited to the sensations of dry mouth and eyes. While anxiety and paranoia are uncommon, they can occur, especially in users sensitive to THC or those with other mental health conditions. Remember to moderate your consumption, starting with a single puff and increasing it gradually if necessary.
Taste & Smell
Indulging in Jelly Breath is like going on a voyage of sensory discovery. The strain first greets your nose with a sweet, fruity floral bouquet underpinned by fresh earthiness and subtle hints of spice. Once lit up, it brings the smell of incense to mind.
On the palate, Jelly Breath is also nothing short of spectacular, providing a delightful blend of sweet berries and earth with floral lavender undertones that tend to linger on the tongue, leaving you in awe of the strain’s flavour.
The incredibly dense dusty green buds sometimes boast deep purple hues, further adding to the flower’s allure. A thick, milky trichome coating makes them very sticky to the touch.
Check out Mazar-I-Sharif and Granddaddy Purple if you enjoy this strain’s floral hints of flavour and aroma.
Origins
Jelly Breath is an ingenious creation of the American In House Genetics, a breeder famous for releasing exclusive, unique cultivars. By combining two fabulous indica-dominant hybrids, Mendo Breath and Do Si Dos, they indeed managed to live up to the promise of delivering something extraordinary. Its powerful effects and equally impressive taste make it truly stand out.
Growing conditions
Growing Jelly Breath is no walk in the park; the challenge already starts with finding the seeds. Once you manage to get your hands on them, you will need to put some effort into maintaining the plant. The strain needs a warm and humid climate to thrive, but at the same time, it is prone to mould and mildew, requiring the hand of an experienced grower to prevent problems.
It also has a longer flowering period, requiring some patience – ranging between 9 and 11 weeks on average. However, successful growers can expect yields of 400-550 grams per plant outdoors and 300-600 grams per square metre indoors.
